We are committed to ensuring that the Road to NHS website is accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the digital experience for all users, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What are we doing?
We have implemented the following measures to improve the accessibility of this website:

Adequate contrast between text and background.

Accessible navigation via keyboard.

Descriptive texts for links and buttons.

Clear semantic structure (headings, lists, etc.).

Screen reader compatibility for main content.

Content not accessible
Although we strive to meet accessibility standards, some content, especially:

downloadable PDF documents,

videos from the online course (which do not yet have subtitles or automatic transcripts),

They do not fully comply with all accessibility guidelines. We are actively working to improve these aspects.
